Digital Marketing & Software Sales Manager x2

Job Description



Dynamic Web and Digital Agency headquartered in Melbourne looking to grow a strong presence in Geelong. The diverse range of digital services on offer enables us to target a growing number of end user clients and therefore the possibilities are endless!


This role has generous commission structure with $150k OTE.


Job tasks and responsibilities



  • meet prospects in Geelong area and sell our services to them

  • meet sales targets of at least $10k cash in or $80k order value per month

  • have a good & detailed understanding of our digital marketing products such as email marketing funnels, buyer persona creation, social media, native advertising, content marketing, SEO, PPC

  • have a good & in depth understanding of website & software, especially WordPress, Magento, .NET and how they can be integrated with other software

  • having a drivers license is paramount

  • this is NOT a SEO sales only role


Key Skills / Attributes required



  • this role is ideal for someone from production background (ie digital account manager or web project manager) due to the complexity of the product

  • excellent presentation

  • excellent communication

  • well organised, self motivated individual

  • must have a drivers license and own a car

  • must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products to be able to work with our proposals & other customisable marketing collateral used in the sale process


Bonus if you have:



  • knowledge of how to work with HubSpot (we are a HubSpot partner and our sales team works on HubSpot CRM)

  • any Google certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time


Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
