The suitable candidate will be required to liaise with solicitors, aid with advertising draft, be responsible for marketing & business proposals and assist the daily operations of the office. It will be essential to have high level written skills, be detailed & a sharp, quick learner

Detailed Job Description

• Draft, edit and proof Read advertising material
• Liaise & Co-ordinate with Solicitors
• Preparation of Letters and proposals
• Assisting the Sales Team when needed
• Preparation of offers to purchase

To be successful:
As the suitable candidate, your resume will display most of the following qualities and experiences:

• A legal/communications background is essential 
• Previous experience in a Legal Practice is highly regarded
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal 
• Knowledge in Word, Excel and Publishing software would be a benefit
• Experience in writing proposals
• Ability to think outside the box
• A high attention to detail
• Proven time management Skills
• Proven problem solving skills
• Exceptional written skills
